Who We Are

A practical RFID company, not a catalog reseller.

The company story is shaped by field integration: airports, jewelry counters, transit systems, clinical laboratories, factories, and energy assets all impose different RF and workflow constraints.

REAOX started by solving entrance and identification workflows involving RFID, magnetic stripe, Bluetooth, and license-plate recognition. From 2011 onward, the team moved deeper into RFID systems after jewelry retail customers needed faster, more accurate item-level inventory in dense metal environments.

That background now supports a broader platform direction: device-layer data capture, middleware, operational software, and deployment services that help customers choose the right RFID equipment for the actual site.

REAOX, LLC

New York, United States

Overseas sales, strategic partnerships, North American and European customer development, and international service coordination.

REAOX Technology Co., Ltd.

Beijing, China

Room 502, Tower B, Hongyuan Hangcheng Plaza, Nanfaxin Town, Shunyi District, Beijing 101300, China. Engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and China market operations.

Engineering Scope

One delivery chain from tag to business result.

Customers rarely succeed by buying hardware alone. REAOX presents products together with the workflows, selection logic, and service model needed to make them usable.

RF Hardware & Tag Engineering

Readers, antennas, labels, and harsh-asset identification

REAOX works across tags, readers, antennas, terminals, and custom deployment fixtures, with experience in jewelry counters, libraries, factories, clinical labs, public infrastructure, and energy assets.

Current priority: publish cleaned product manuals, model specifications, and selection paths.

Software & Middleware

From device capture to operational visibility

The software layer connects item-level RFID events with business workflows such as inventory, stocktake, loan and return, sample lifecycle, asset records, and future AI data-capture integrations.

Design principle: avoid hardware-only projects that cannot be operated or audited.

System Integration

Consult, integrate, deploy, and scale

The team began in access-control integration and still treats RFID as an operational system: site reality, RF behavior, process design, user roles, and after-deployment maintenance all matter.

Best fit: projects where reliability matters more than buying a single device.

Markets

Built for demanding RFID environments.

The current website is being organized so each market has a clear solution page, product path, and evidence level. Warehouse and additional industrial materials will expand as new documents are added.

Jewelry & high-value retail
Industrial manufacturing
Energy and harsh assets
Medical and clinical workflows
Libraries and public services
Warehousing and distribution planning

Proof Discipline

Clear claims, qualified details, and real review paths.

The website should build trust without pretending every deployment detail can be public. Public pages will present verified patterns, while named projects, detailed metrics, and source documents can be shared in qualified discussions.

For international buyers

REAOX can support English-led consultation through the New York entity while drawing on Beijing engineering, product materials, and deployment knowledge.
